Buffalo Chicken Dip

I always make this dip for parties and dinners, and I've never ever had any of it left over! I'm surprised that I don't see it more often, as it's incredibly easy to make. I will say that while it's not expensive, it's not a totally budget friendly recipe as it doesn't rely too much on pantry staples but newly bought ingredients (i.e. rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese). I think you're looking at around $15 if you need to invest in all of the necessary ingredients.

I've tried serving it with a variety of dippers, but I find that white tortilla chips are the best pairing. I pretty much exclusively serve it with Tostito's Scoops, as it helps pick up the dip and the pieces of chicken in it. You really have to make sure you sell it though, because no matter how well it's presented, it looks like orange vomit. Tastes like heaven, but looks like vomit. Seriously!

1 rotisserie chicken (store-bought)
1 8 oz package of cream cheese (the foil-wrapped package)
1/2 bottle of Ranch dressing
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce (any hot sauce will do, really)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Remove all meat from chicken, shred and chop until you have small pieces
3. Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until well combined.
4. Add shredded chicken to this mixture and combine.
5. Tranfer dip to oven-safe dish.
6. Top with shredded cheddar
7. Bake until cheese bubbles (about 15-20 minutes)
8. Enjoy!
